FSL Breast Cancer Support Goodies
For the last couple of years I've been making support items to take to our local Breast And Imaging Center for those being screened or touched by this horrible disease. These are the designs I chose this year. The FSL Angel is from Sonia Showalter Designs and is a freebie at her site and Stitchery Mall. Button covers from Criswell Trellis Collection,awareness charms, and bookmark are also freebies at Criswell. I lost count of how many I made but believe it was somewhere close to 50 charms, and button covers. 10 FSL Angels and 10 bookmarks. I would have made more, but my Brother PC-8500 has a broken part and is still at the repair shop.

I hope in a small way it brings hope and faith to the ladies who receive a gift..just to know someone cares..is very healing!

These are great! I hadn't thought of taking them there...I take mine to my oncologist and she particularly liked the bookmark to give. There are many possibilities, I see and so, thank you!

I keep a list to all the free Awareness machine embroidery designs I know of (recurring, don't try to keep the one off/this month only type current) on a blog page and I have links to these there plus some other beautiful ones if you're looking for designs. (we can't tag here - Martykeen)
