This is the the Napkin Holder from Moyed. I believe she called it holly ring. I only changed the colors. I don't have the link but maybe someone else can give it.

Looks like FSL. Looks very nice! I have yet to try FSK, my machine can be tempermental so I am afraid to try it, lol!
