NEW WALL UNITS ARE HERE! Poor Trevor went over to collect my new wall units. They weighed 35kgs per section and there were 3 boxes of them. So back to our son-in-law's workshop to borrow the ute. He drove over to Kotara and collected the units and then came home. He said he nearly popped a cork carrying them in! He actually didn't use that expression, but use your imagination!!!!!

Anyway my poor room is now full of boxes once again. The man from Oz Robes came this morning and has put in new shelving in my wardrobe, so it's all happening. I have Ophelie tomorrow and may have to start putting it together on Friday. I am out on Saturday with Meganne and Pauline and then it's Sunday again! Time, please slow down.

Anyway, once it's all sorted out I'll post some more piccies. Love and blessings Chris

I actually have put the drawer unit together - couldn't wait! This time though I'm using the cordless drill! Love Chris

One done and it looks great. We keep the cordless drill plugged in all the time. They come in real handy even if you have to tighten the last bit up by hand.

No wonder Trevor almost popped a cork - that is amazing - you will be so organized and your room will be wonderful - once you get it all sorted. Have a great week and especial have fun with Meg and Pauline.

Hi Caroline, I can't wait to get it all finished. I might even get it done by the end of Friday. Once the wall unit is up I'll be able to put my fabrics up and pop the threads/cottons in drawers. Love Chris

Chris I really do think you could get a new career on reorganising Cuties sewing rooms. It would be a great way of travelling and seeing the world and doing a great amount of good. I am time wasting looking at my sorting.

Well, I've put together the front box and it's the base unit with 2 shelves and 4 drawers. I'll be using the drawers for my 5,000metre spools of threads from Metro! Thanks to Shirlene I have them all. Now to the other two bigger units - they are about 4 feet 5 inches high! No wonder Trevor couldn't fit them in his car! Love Chris

WOW, what a great unit - so wonderful to put all your threads in one location and have them all organized - can't wait to see them all in this and organized.
