Well, I'm trying to get back to my machine again. My daughter is beginning to get around all by herself and doesn't need me to do as much for her so I have more time now. I know I asked once before but I've forgotten what the answers were...I have 3 large embroiderable teddy bears for Christmas presents for grandkids, and no idea what to put on them. Have any of you done bears before? Is there a trick to getting them hooped? What design did you use to personalize them? Any help you can give will be appreciated. Thanks

So good to hear your daughter is healing and getting around on her own. Another prayer answered.
Here is link for info on the bear and stitching it:

That is such good news about your daughter. I have never done the bears but I am just pleased to hear that things are improving for your family.

Judy-so good to hear that your daughter is on the road to recovery-one day at a time- and so glad that you are able to get back to your machine again. =O) ~linda~

I am so glad your daughter is getting better and you have more time for yourself. As far as the embroidery I am of no help. Hopefully someone else is going to come along with an answer.

You must have a smile on your face seeing her make improvements and she probably is happier being able to start doing for herself. I see you have some information you were seeking on the bears. Now you can enjoy some you time. Hugs.

Glad to hear your daughter is doing better.
Have you tried to unstitch the sides then unstuff and then embroidery on it?
Never done one but think this might work

That's not necessary with these bears. They have removable pods of stuffing, so they flatten out for stitching.
