We offer Fedex and USPS shipping service. Customers will be able to select the most convenient shipping for their order. Also, we offer the shipping rates before you enter your personal information. The shipping cost is calculated dirctely from Fedex and USPS systems.
Orders are usually received within 5-7 business days, depending on where the items are being shipped to.
All in stock orders placed up to 2:00 PM MST will be shiped the same day after payment verification.
Fedex does not deliver to PO Box. Please be sure to provide a physical address if you select Fedex.

It looks like if you don't like the shipping you can just terminate the order before entering any personal information. There is a page to request information. You might try that.
How sad that is. But if you purchased at full price that would be really terrible. I suppose you are better off buying thread from a supplier in Canada. Another reason to be glad I am in the US.
