Wilcom cannot open zip files. You will need to unzip them in "my computer" first.

Here are links to 2 sites with tutorials for Ambassador and Truesizer.

If you have already unzipped the files and it still will not open your files you may have the new version of Wilcom.

A neighbor downloaded the newest version of Wilcom and it would not open all the formats like the older version did. She was not able to use it. I have the old version and it handles numerous formats. Some that I have never even heard of. Someone told me that was a place to download the old version but I don't know where it is. Do any Cuties have a link to download the old version.

I downloaded the Wilcom this afternoon and so far, I'm not impressed. My thinking was that maybe I could start contributing more to the Designs by Cuties if I had another program where I could recreate in other formats a lot easier than in the Futura program. Best I can tell, I blew 400+ megabytes of our monthly internet bandwidth for nothing.

You're not a computer dummy, you just gotta live and learn like everyone else does.
