I have just had my first embroidery machine returned from being repaired. The floppy disk drive had stopped working. I have missed my Brother Galaxie 3000 as it has been away for about 2 months. I live 2 plus hours travel from the repair shop. People often comment on buying embroidery machine and on repairs. It is worth the hassle to me of travelling so far because I know the shop is offering a quality service. The damaged floppy drive has also been returned (as is any other piece that has been replaced in the past. The
shop also is brilliant at talking me through a problem when they have happened so I can sort out with out having to visit them. Embroidery machines are not cheap and need dealing with sometimes by people who have a excellent working knowledge of them and not left in the hands of a repair shop who are not sure.
So today I am very happy to have the machine back which was returned by my son in law who has had to come up this weekend. It was great to see him too
