Welcome to the site. The tab at the top where it says "Freebies" are listings of free designs that are known safe web sites. Also, the Design by Cuties tab are all free designs generously donated by the cuties.

First of all welcome to cute! Secondly, I hope you know that once to start building your design collection you will find it VERY HARD to stop as you have now created an OBCESSION! It's so much fun and designs are limitless. If you like fonts check out 8 Claws and a Paw. There are hundreds of sets but they are not free. Purchasing a subscription is very reasonable. Anyway, good luck and happy collecting.
