Sure, we all know the results of the biopsy could take several days to come through but perhaps your doctor gave you some sort of an indication, they usually know.

Thank you everyone, I am sleeping a lot, they removed more bone than they were going to cause there was another lesion near it so they can get a better biopsy and I have a titanium plate covering it with many screws, he said he didn't count them but there are a lot. Won't have a biopsy report for a week or so. My throat hurts bad from the breathing tube and hubby went to get me some throat spray, pudding and jello cups to eat. I'll let you know when I get the biopsy and am up to emailing more, I am making so many mistakes right now.

You will be as good as new soon. Two years ago I had a brain tumor removed. My scar is a horseshoe shape. And a two scars on the front of the neck (plates & screws) and a long scar on the back of neck (loops and screws). After brain surgery I felt better that same day. All smiles. And I know you will too. Good luck and a speedy recovery.

Oh you poor dear... well, hair has a funny way of growing back. But your health is more important than the hair. I do hope everything turns out okay for you. You're in my prayers.
Your hair will grow back in no time, if you shaved it all off it will probably come back healthier. As long as you are well, nothing else matters.
Take time to recover and don't worry about the hair. I'm sure we all will knit or sew a mountain of funny bonnets and caps for you :o)

You brave sole - for showing us your picture - Rickhas a scare about that size - but his goes from his ear up to the middle - but they didn't cut off all his hair - like they did with you. I am still praying dear one.

Thank you all, after my chemo in 09 I was bald so it is nothing new to me. My hair grew back white and very curly but straightened out to it's natural wave and darkened over time.

Actually I have only taken one pain pill a day, it doesn't hurt much at all! Lucky me!

I didn't realize it was that much surgery. Amazing part is you only spent 1 day there. What a tough lady you are, but we already knew that. So glad to see you back. You have certainly been missed on 'Cute' by all. Rest a lot, your body needs healing time.
Weird thing for me is that from the time you posted your message about going to the hospital it seemed like a week or more just waiting to hear from you. Then I realized it had only been 1 day.

Thanks, once I got there it went real fast. Now if I could only start eating again! Still just on soft things like pudding and yogurt because the throat tube tore me up.
