FSL Holly Sprig (thanks again to Martine)
I fitted all four leaves in the hoop at once and they took only 24 minues! The stem is a pipecleaner (somewhat shaved) and the berries are wooden beads.

I just cut along with my dress making shears but it looks as if it is shaved!

It looks very pretty. Your beads are just the right size and colour. The pipe cleaner is a clever idea. I used florists' wire and wound a small strip of crepe paper (is that what it's called?) around the stem and varnished it with colourless nail polish (used to do that with hat decorations as well). I also could fit 4 in a hoop, 2 mirrored and 2 normal.

Crepe paper is correct. The pipe cleaner is stuffed into the beads so it gives them a realistic calyx. They are just woodedn beads from a broken surfer necklace with a slurp of acrylic paint!

love this but just hope no one tries to shave with the razor.
Was going to go to the Hobby craft show in Birmingham UK today but just could not justify the expence so we too the dogs down to Eversham for a long walk along the river instead. it is a wonderfull sunny day and no way should it be November. just 6 weeks till Christmas.
