Maybe stupid question...but is there a top and bottom at a robbin ? I have a blue robbin and when the thread breaks regullary I turn it around. And then I ave no problem. I have put "Top" on it now. But to me the robbin looks top/bottom the same.(Rayon Madeira)

It may be the way it comes off of the bobbin. Machines want the thread to come off of the bobbin in a certain way.

It sound like you are putting your bobbin in wrong. You said "when the thread breaks regullary I turn it around. And then I have no problem" This would mean that the bobbin thread is now coming off the bobbin in a different direction (see image) Check your machines manual about it. Hope this is clear?! Nice picture!
thanks !
so true:);)
My thread comes off the same as the one on the left, but as others have suggested it would be best to check your manual. If you don't have one you can usually download one from the Net.

My Husqvarna Viking Designer II bobbin, marked with 'H' on one side, fits on the bobbin winder only one way. That means the thread can be wound on the bobbin in only one direction. It's a drop-in bobbin and is inserted into the machine with 'H' on top. The bobbin will then turn anti-clockwise when stitching. My Husqvarna Huskystar, however, needs the bobbin to be turning in a clockwise direction to work properly.
I can use other prewound and unmarked bobbins in both machines but I must ensure that the thead is running off the bobbin in the correct direction for each machine to get perfect stitching.
Like Christie says... check your manual. It's often a very small picture or short text - sometimes just 'clockwise' or 'anti-clockwise' - but it's most important.
