I had so much fun today at the Cotton Gin festival at Bostwick, Ga. The lady I stitch for had a booth. She said it was a big thing but I had no idea 4,000.+ people. I will post photo. These are my leftover scarves from last year. if I had known in advance, I could have made more. She also did the face painting and feather in hair thing for the kids!! Kay

I think the temp was in the 60 something degrees. I am in North East Georgia. The past few days we have been in the 70 degrees so we were chilly with some wind.

If I had known in advance, I would have had more items to display. She paid the fee and only took a few of my things. I did sell most of them!!

You had lovely weather for the festival, Kay! I hope you did great on sales! Yes, Carolyn, this is Fall weather in Georgia! I live in Macon, middle of the state, so it was nice here, too! Many days, like this weekend, one only needs a long sleeved shirt to stay comfy! If a breeze is blowing, maybe a light weight jacket! The sunshine on the array of colored autumn leaves was a breathtaking view in my yard yesterday, and again this morning! God is great, and a wonderful artist!

We were a bit cold. We would take turns standing in the sun. I had a leather jacket on and should have taken a hat. It was rather windy.

I haven't heard as to the total, but I hope she did make enough to do it next year.

I forgot to show the clown. I should have gotten a better picture of her. My camera battery was low and kept shutting down on me. she really was a great attention getter for my friends booth. The kids all loved her!!! In real life, she is a fireman or should I say fire lady.
