If you right click on the zip file, do you get a block that says open with "winzip" or any other unzip program on your computer.
You need a program to be loaded to your computer, to be able to open a zip file.
Once it is open you will see if you need to amend to to another format.
Hope this helps. Hugs Yvonne

I see you have your answer. It's very easy. Just download one of the free programs (I have 7-zip) and then you will be able to use pulse ambassador to convert to your format if need be.

If you are using WindowsXP, you do not need winzip...just double click. It is easier for me to right click on the folder and when the box opens with options--I left click "open". Then 'move' the design icons to documents, or wherever you normally store them.
Then you can delete the empty folder that contained the designs.

Windos XP, Vista and Windows 7 all have a a built in Zip program. Like awesome said right click on the file that is zipped. In windows 7 for instance it says "extract all" which will create a unzipped folder in the same place where your zipped one is located.

and lulu07, when you open the file and your icons are not familiar--R click on the icon and in the popup window you L. click on 'properties' on the bottom. An info window opens telling you what format the design is created in--this allows you to save (move) only the format you need and delete the others,
