Greyhound sewing again...
It was the 12th birthday of the resident 'office boy' at our Greyhound Adoption Program. They managed to find a party hat to go with his 'birthday bandana' :) He was only allowed one piece of cake...

what a beautiful baby.. wow... how long do they usually live.. I am surprised he let you put that hat on..
They are the most docile dogs around!
And they live to around 14, though there are a few I know who are 15 at present. Pretty reasonable age for such a tall dog. Great Danes sadly don't seem to go anywhere near as long, but they're lots more solid.
Happy belated Birthday! Hope he likes sugar-crumbles ;o)
Our late cat allowed Anna to put her such a hat on her head and made dressing around her legs and even the stomache :o)

Thanks Chris, yes it's fun to do something 'different' isn't it? I'm going to work on some more bandannas to help the black dogs find homes more quickly, too. Amazing the difference their colour makes when they can be just as lovely in any colour.
