Did you know????I loved Lyns Steering wheel covers so i looked around to see what i could try it on???I found this piece of leather,and i wondered if my husqvarna would sew it ???Well it did!!Now i am doing the happy dance:-)Now to find a pattern thats not thick .Will think about it as i try to sleep lol hugs carolyn

I think its to little lyn ,this was a scrape but i got about 3 yards of it!!!This is Mops rose fopr a card by the way hugs carolyn

Looks great in the hoop. If you don't have enough fabric to make the cover maybe you could use a coordinating piece on the back.

That looks good -hope you are still going to use that stitchout for a card. Prob could have gotten away with using just a small amount if you'd used Sticky or pinned or basted the leather to the hooped stabilizer... I don't think you're ever going to run out of 'different' things to try -well done!

I do not think the covers Lyn made would work on mine as I have buttons to push that are inside and would be under the cover. Isn't it to be for your hands to not be cold driving?

I think the steering wheel covers are just for decoration, or to prevent the steering wheel being too hot to touch if your car's been parked in the sun, or too cold etc. As it's not laced on, it wouldn't be safe to use while driving.

I certainly wouldn't use them while driving. As greysewist has mentioned they are only to use when you car is parked.

Well thats the problem we don't need them as it is cold but we do get 3 months of what my hubby calls poor sleighing months lol hugs
