I have that machine.. I broke a needle in 3 pieces.. could not find all the pieces and so I took the embroidery arm off and took the bobbin case out and took the machine carefully and shook it side ways and upside down and the piece came out.. make sure the burs on the bobbin case are smooth where the needle went through.. put it all back together and it worked fine.. try that..if that does not work you may have to have it looked at by your dealer.. good luck..

Is the machine embroidering or not? Have you put the needle in the machine correctly? If it weremy machine I would take the bobbin case out and re assemble it and put a new needle in. I would also contact my dealer for advice as they are great at telling me what to do over the phone

If it is making a noise that it shouldn't, then it is going to cause premature wear or metal fatigue, which will shorten the life of your machine. Better safe than sorry; I would take it to your dealer. They may able to fix it right there on the spot without service. Good luck!!

this is the kind of machine I have I did the same thing and had to buy a new bobbin case they are not cheap either,

It sounds like its needng some attention, the timing could be slighty out, I smashed a needle in my industrial machine and it put the timing right out.

Thanks to all of you whom responded... I really appreciate it. Looks like I'm going to try one more time and change the needle again, and if it still makes the same noise, I will take it to my dealer and get a new bobbin case for it...
