Well I am back to making placemats, more orders to do, I have a feeling I will be making alot of these. This one is again for a grade 2 teacher who is also a gymnastics teacher so I decided to sit her on the pencil as if it was a balance beam. Lady and apple design from Great notions,
pencil design not sure. Text translation. "Time for a break".
Thanks for looking, now I am off to finish some xmas stockings.
Hugs
Michelle

Like how you layer your designs. The pencil as a balance beam is brilliant.

Thank you
I wanted to combine the two aspect of her teaching and I like how it turned out except her butt is not quite touching the pencil but it will do. I try to personalize the placemat as best I can with the info I have. I do not know them personnally so sometimes I take a chance but so far they have all hit the mark.

This is so nice! What are they used for? I see it has a tie on it & it is folded over....

This is a placemat for working persons, it is folded in three for easy storing and it has 4
divisions for utensil placement. Great for people who eat in a cafeteria or office enviroment. I hate eating in public places and this gives you something clean to eat on,
