I Can't concerntrate. Have just had word that The baby will be here later today or tomorrow as DIL is going in to be induced at 3 pm today. I am so nervous. Hope all goes well and we will know if it is a Boy or a girl. I think a girl.

My Machine is all poised ready to stitch either Blue or pink. I wasn't this nervous when I had my own son. These kids have waited so long for this baby. Just wish my Late DH was here as he would have said "It's about time". They have waited 14 years for this baby.

We were all thinking they would not have any children. This baby is going to be so spoilt. He/She has a cousin who has been married for 4 years. We thought she would be the next to have a baby.

I can feel with you. I was always very nervous at the birth of grandchildren. This child is such a wanted one and I am sure it will be spoiled. I can't wait to hear the news how everything went and whether your machine needed to be threaded pink or blue

Today is just dragging. It is just after 3 pm here and she was to go into hospital at 3pm. I feel like an expectant father

No You haven't missed a thing. Baby is not ready yet and they haven't started anything to bring the baby on - maybe towards lunch time.

Well - this has been 20 hurs - any news yet? I thought that my daughter and I were the only ones that took 2-3 days to have a baby. LOL. They don't let you do that now. Congratulations, and we are awaiting the news.

Lyn, my thoughts and prayers are with you all as you await your miracle baby.
My first GS was also a, 14 year wait, miracle conception.
I think I cried with joy through the whole pregnancy and then, when he was born, I was overwhelmed by the powerful emotion I felt, and you will be too.
It seems it is even more amazing when it was 'never going to happen' and it does!
Oh, I can hardly wait for you to have that joy, I am so happy for you, my heart is full to bursting.
Make sure you let us know as soon as it happens, I'll be up late waiting for news. :-)))

Things not going as we hoped so it looks as though it will be a C section tomorrow. I have had so many text messages throughout the day from the poor Dad. This poor girl was so proud of not having any stretch marks and now this has to happen. I could not wait any longer so have stitched a blue and also a pink pusher to make a card when I get the news.

Alma, I have already given them a Pink/Blue toy and also a mauve one, but this morning the baby girl was born.
