If you do yahoo groups they have one 'SewWhatEmbroiderySoftware' otherwise through their website http://www.sandscomputing.com/ I have never had any trouble contacting them and they have always been very helpful.

Gwen also sells the products, and is a moderator on the yahoo group. If you don't belong, you should join, they are there to help with the slightest thing.

Thank you. I purchase the cd from Sands computing a few months back and I am just now trying to install it. My antivirus is telling me it has a virus so I have not installed it. I tried to email sandscomputing and the email came back undeliverable. I paid $75 for the cd.
