Its called a 'caduceus'... I have that design that I picked up from somewhere as a freebie... but I don't have a clue where it was. Sorry... perhaps somebody else knows where it is.

Go to the Embroidery Designs site and enter the word: caduceus ... in the search field. There's nine pages of them in a wide assortment of disciplines.
