Thanks Lyns...It is hard to see those aren't selling and I've had them around me through the years. I've been fortunate in all the years that I've been doing this that I have had two shows that were the pits....poor advertising were their downfall.

I have been making Christmas ornaments since I started selling at craftshows about 25 years ago. I love Christmas!! I developed a soft sculptured bear ornament (hence my moniker >>>bearmom :):):) about 20 years ago and these little critters have been making lots of people smile I'd post a picture of them but I don't have pictures of them now. I have a few other ornaments but the bears dominate. Thanks for your kind wishes.

Thanks Carolyn....I hope you are not too disappointed with your experience. Your personal success depends on so many factors and unless you are in a blizzard, don't let anyone tell you that the weather was the reason for a poor show. It's the customers, the sponsers, the locations, your product and prices...... and here we are just little old homemakers!!! Remember we are not only the CEO but also the decision-maker right on down to the cleaner-upper...also known as the janitor. You don't have to be a "Pollyanna" but it helps to find something positve in a bad situation. I haven't posted most but I have read the Cuties offerings and you have always had a smile in your posts. Thanks Lindlee. I don't like to shop so I'm not aware of what's happening in the stores. What I have seen were the shoppers at the craftshow. Are they just strolling and chatting with their friend or are they carrying packages!! There were morning strollers but afternoon buyers. Want to guess which ones I liked? :)
