I need help. i have some small hand towels that have that band going across the towel towards the bottom, how do i fold the towel so that the design don't go into the band i

If I understand your question, it is that you want to embroider above the band. Do not hoop your fabric but simply apply a bit of glue on (WSS) water soluble stabilier, place your towel where you would like the design to be stitched and place another sheet of WWS
on top. By not hooping your towel it is easier to place your design. Hope this is the info you wanted,
