I hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving...and got to have a nice dinner with those you love. We were smaller this year by 2, but we got to talk to our "Marc". He is at basic in San Antonio, and we were not sure that he would get a chance to call home. They have to earn that right. But yesterday evening, my DD got notification that his flight was one of 6 that had been chosen to have Thanksgiving dinner supplied by the Harley Davidson shop out that way. One of the cell phone carriers brought phones in for them, and they were told they could talk as long as they wanted. It was good to hear from him, and know that he is doing well. We plan on going to his graduation in January. I know that his call was hard on my daughter, but she said she didn't care to eat, she just wanted that phone call.
