I am happy to report that I have found a good cause for my test stitch outs. I was in Lincraft the other day looking at fat quarters and I met a lady who lives on one of the nearby islands. She and her friends quilt for the healing hearts foundation. My husband goes to this island every Wednesday to run the mental health clinic. The receptionist at the doctors clinic that he goes to is a friend of the lady who quilts. So my husband took the first batch over on Wednesday and left them with receptionist. I got a phone message from the quilting lady yesterday thanking me and said she would send me some photos of what they make with my test stitch outs.

That is what giving and sharing is all about. They will
make a wonderful quilt and give it to someone who will appreciate it and grateful and it will all have started with you. That is one very nice christmas present you gave today,
Hugs

Doesn't it feel good to be part of something bigger than yourself? I can imagine that this would be a very exciting process for you, since now you can see your designs through someone elses eyes. :)
