It is a very elegant design. I have used some hand embroidery with machine embroidery and it gives a nice dimensional effect so some of us still will do hand embroidery.

Thanks to all of you and **** too! This is done with a variety of thin and thick, and textured rayon threads. I can't find it anywhere around here. It was developed just for Brazilian emb. I love to incorporate it into my machine emb. It gives it such a different look. If anyone knows where to find the thread I would love to know.

This is gorgeous, you should be very proud of your work! I'd love to learn silk ribbon embroidery to enhance my machine embroidery, but I don't need another craft to spend money on!
