I think you both have a problem with your account. I believe Ms. Vicki can help with that. There is a contact us link on the bottom of the community page which takes you to a form. You may also email her at test@cuteembroidery.com. I have never had the need, so I hope this helps!

I have not been able to embroider for about a year and a half due to nerve damage in my hands from chemo but you are all very inspiring and I am determined to get back to this wonderful hobby very soon.
