Some hand crochet....Do any of you still do the hand crochet. I have several designs for a crochet look on the machine, but love the hand work.

Very Pretty. I have made each of my grand daughters a crochet doily for christmas. Still like doing them by hand.

You did a lovely job! I love to crochet, especially thread crochet. But I have so many doilies I've done, I got tired of washing and starching them all. So I stored them and am thinking of framing a few. I've gone back to crocheting with yarn and am trying to get up the courage to crochet some jackets for myself. My excuse now is that I'm busying doing machine embroidery! :)

It's very pretty with the blue behind it. I still do crochet and knit but find they are much smaller sized projects.

Lovely! I have a hard time following a pattern so I don't do much crocheting. My mother did lovely work. I have many pieces that I cherish.

I do love to crochet. The bedspread cotton is my favorite medium . I need something to do when I relax in the evening with the hubby while he watches the latest "WW 11" program .
Very nice pillow top BTW .

Lovely!! I can't do thread crochet but admire it so much. A beautiful example of how corners make a secondary design. The center is gorgeous!! The color contrast is a definite plus also. Thanks for sharing this picture.

I didn't get back on here right away to see all the responses.... busy like the rest of you!
Just gave * to all of you. Thanks for your comments.
Almost any square pattern would work.... I got this one from one of my many REALLY OLD books .... and am not even sure which one.
