Inside the bag is cording stuff I took off of a back pack bag with a click fastener attached so if she is in mobility scooter she can put it in the front basket and fasten the cord round the scooter. The cord is long enough for her to take out the bag with it still attached. If anyone try’s to snatch her bag they will have to take the scooter too.

That click fastener is a better idea than the ties I used when I made a bag for my mom's walker/scooter. Very thoughtfully made.

O yes she did, we when to Chesterfield today she got a mobility scooter and it worked fantastic.. she usualy has to make sure her bag in the basket at the front is well out of sight.
