Hi its wonderful to use mylar with any open stitched designs I like using it under the wings of faries and dragonflies I have also used it for fsl angels and xmas decorations just lay the mylar over your base either washaway or fabric and stitch out your design the surpless mylar ill tear away from the edge this is fully washable and will stand ironing on the wrong side hope this helps hugs Shazells
