Hello,
I have a problem, My Janome MC 11000, while using the auto needle threader sometimes gets struck and the machine is standstill. I then put the machine off and then it comes to normal.
I need to know what to do? Kindly please help.

I seem to remember reading something about that in the instruction book. It hasn't happened to me yet though! Actually I rarely use the needle threader as I find it shreds rayon thread.

My machine is in the shop but did you try to slowly turn the handwheel?
I did not realize that it was for 11 and 14 needles. No wonder it does not work when I put in a size 9 needle!
I hope to get my machine back today!!!
