This may seem daft to most but can you help me I have Janome 11000 and need to put the updates on it I have been told to download them onto a memory stick but when I put in nothing happens. What do I do never done this before.
Please help someone as daft as me I need your help as I am at a loss with it.

call your dealer... when I do updates I take my machine to the dealer and they do it for me...

I would look the Janome website and search for machines updates. They should have the update files and the instructions on what to do to make your machine download the file. I download the update files for my machine from Husqvarna-Viking from their website and the files are in zip format, so they need to be un-zipped first, then copied to the memory stick, making sure that there are no other update file in it.
