I am new to Cuties and have tried to find information on how the site operates. I tried the knowledge base but can't find anything there. I also submitted a ticket to support but have not received a reply as of yet. I tried again today and it won't let me log in. But here I am able to post apparently. So I am a little confused. Even after I submit this I am not sure how/where to look for an answer/reply. LOL! Hoping I can just find it somewhere. Can someone direct me to the help files please. I also tried yesterday to load a free design to the group and I got an invalid message. I tried a multi file zip and also tried individual files zipped. Both resulted in an invalid message. I would love to know how to participate here. Do I leave my addy and wait for a reply ??? (michelle@needlelittleembroidery.com) or are replies posted to a particular area? Sorry for the many questions ... hoping for a little direction.
TIA,
Michelle

You've come to the write section. To ask questions you come to COMMUNITY. When you click on Community you will see to the right an empty box click on it and type in your question, as you have obviously done. In community you will see 3 other TABS - FREEBIES, PERSONAL AND PRIVATE. If you want to ask a question other than a sewing related one you can go to Personal. To send a Private mail to someone you must type in the box their avatar - in lower case exactly as you see their name. For example my avatar is pennifold - so if you type that in the box when I open up my page I'll see a + sign and I know there is a private message. As "clawton" has said run your cursor over the titles and you will see the hand symbol that means you can check it out. If you want to post a Project hit on that tab and you'll need to have a photo that you can post. Designs by Cuties are all free designs so click on the format and choose one that suits your machine. There will be more information from others too. Basically every tab opens up to something. Welcome to the best embroidery site. Love and blessings Chris
