I believe that you can use Wilcom Trusizer as it will convert .ART to .PES It is free to download so it won't cost you anything to try it out.

Bernina offers a free software program to resize designs, change colors, that kind of thing. It is not digitizing software, but allows some modification of existing designs. With this software, you can convert an .art file to all the other formats. You cannot (unfortunately) convert other formats to .art. I use a Bernina, and sure wish you could. But, it's a good program. I like that with re-sizing, it will automatically adjust the stitch count in response. (well, sometimes I don't - like when a design is too dense I would have previously made it a bit larger to compensate and now I can't do that). I'm rambling, I'm sorry. But, I highly recommend Bernina's ArtLink software for these issues.

I use the free Explorations sizer. It's pretty easy to use.

Anyone with Bernina art software should be able to convert, if it is not illegal. We should ask if it is legal?
