Hi Terry and welcome. I think you open the home page, go to my account and choose add/ change picture. Hugs Christine, Johannesburg

Welcome Terri to the best site in the world for Machine embroidery. As Chris as said go to the HOME page and you'll see the YOUR ACCOUNT tab and if you lookd down further you can see the add/change picture. You will need to have a picture from your own files to do this. I was typing this as Christine was, sorry for the same information. Love and blessings Chris, Newcastle, Australia
