My kitty looks like a Maine Coon cat too, but I've not seen any designs. Would love to stitch one for my son and his wife, as they own one and gave us ours.
Here, sleepy kitty has on a sweater for a chilly walk.

Have you looked on you embroidery? You'll have to look through the designs but there is a photo stitch image of the face and paws of a young cat (free), with green eyes. You can change the eye color.
