I ordered the doll face embroidery 2 other. My fomat is Ped basic and my computer is window visa. when ordered these embroidery I got nothing I couldn't down it to my computer and my ped basic I just paid for nothing. my question is I really need the doll face embroidery how can you make this right for me to use this program? Because I feel like I got cheated.

I got a design that would not show either. This is what I did. I took Wilcon True Sizer and look inside the folder I called up the folder with Wilcon and it was there so I pulled each design up and saved it again in pes. Worked like a charm and Wilcon is free.

It does sound like the format you downloaded is not the format your system uses. I see you have a good answer from bonnetgirl. Good luck and WELCOME TO CUTE!!!

Were the designs zipped? If so you need to unzip them before you can open them in PED Basic. Your file type will be .pes and they will show in PED Basic provided you've selected a hoop big enough to fit the design (and your machine). Several of us use PED Basic so one of us should be able to help you, hopefully it was me :) xXx

Link to Wilcom Trusizer, a free conversion program. Unzip the file, and try to open the embroidery file with trusizer. Then save in your format for your machine.
