Did you choose .pes format? Did you click "download"? Have you looked in your documents and on your desktop? My downloads go to a "download folder" in my documents. I open the folder and "move" the designs to the location I want to store them (desktop, docs, another folder...at the bottom of the site page is "contact us"--send an email ....

Go to the Home Page, click on "Your Account" and then on the "Download Center". It should be there to be able to download again. Hope this helps
