I know I have an old software from brother called PE design 7.0....worked just fine until now, It keeps locking up when I want to go into layout and editing... anyone else having this problem, or do I need to get a newer software to fix the problem?? I went to the website but there are no updates to fix this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated... don't have the 900.00 to get new right now

I thought i was the only one that has that old of program!! I have missed placed the card some wheres in my sewing room.I would like to get another one, we still use it.Hugs

I am use 5 and its fine. Have you downloaded the updates from the Brother website? Ah just read that you have looked to see if there are any. Have you tried turining off the computer and starting again? Is the cable/card reader inserted fully, sometimes I think mine is and it isnt. Good luck
