Here are my kids, first is my younger son, Ryan and his wife Kari married on 10/10/10 and then Adele with our older son Jason, they have been dating for a year and a half and living together in sin, lol, with their combined brood of 5 cats since Jan. Taken on Thanksgiving 2011 at Ryan and Kari's house in Medina Ohio.

Yep, Ryan and Kari are about 45 minutes away and I don't see them as often as I would like, they are very busy doing free lance work since they both are unemployed now. Jason is over an hour or so away but he spends the night here 2 nights a week for work down here.

He only stays here because his job was cut to 20 hours a week and he works down here and can't find anything full time in his area but it is nice to see him what little we do. He gets here after 8p.m. both nights.

Hi Bettina, Actually Jason married his high school sweetheart after about 7 years and they divorced after 4 1/2 years with no children so they have not kept in touch at all. Adele is a smart hard working girl and he needs someone to keep him moving forward. She is a nurse in a large hospital in the Newborn baby intensive care unit. Ryan and Kari are computer and art geeks, lol!

Gee thanks, I see some of my side of the family in them but they got their daddy's smarts! Dad has a great memory and is book smart, I did awful in school but I am street smart and good with tools, hubby, not so much, lol!

Thank you Angel, in pain as I type, what is wrong with me, the left side is the worst on all scans and tests but the right side is the only place I have pain! It's gonna take at least 2 Percoset to get me to my parents' on Christmas eve for them not to see the pain.

Thank you, Christmas eve is the only day we all get together but our older son's girlfriend has to work and can't join us, she is a nurse in the Newborn baby ICU, she touches all those tiny hands, ahhh, feel the love!

My older son was 5 minutes away till last Jan when his hours got cut at work and he had to move in with his girlfriend, she works an hour and a half away so they live up there but he is the one who stays here 2 nights a week for his work. He is a writing tutor for a university here hoping to some day write a book that will make him rich!

Thank you! The "kids" will be with us Christmas eve but they don't come back down for Christmas day so hubby and I will kick back and relax alone or maybe go to a movie, yes, they make teens work at the movies on Christmas day for bored old folks like us, lol!
