Nothing to do with embroidery at all. I am quietly embroidering names on flannels for Christmas presents and the phone went. I have just had my first conversation on the phone with my grandson with his current phrase. "Cuppa tea". Oh it was a great chat we had, the first of many, his mum will not be able to get to the phone now. He is a chatty little lad he seems to be taking after his mum and nanna

I just adore hearing the little ones chat. Beside being cute they say the most honest and unexpected things. Do you get to see him often or do they live far away?

I see him about 4 times a week as they live about 2 miles away. We are very lucky grandparents to have them so close

That must be so much fun, I am not there yet, have a few
more years to wait,
Have fun with him and enjoy those moments, they cost nothing and mean so much,
hugs and happy holidays,
Michelle

Sounds great. When my mum was still around we used to call her for some 'homework help'. Could have done it myself but she particularly loved the english type challenges. Enjoy it before they start getting too cheeky, LOL.
