Merry Christmas to all -
Well I've made MY christmas cake. It looks and smells delicious. I can't wait to try it.
It's a Gluten Free one and I've added the URL for anyone who is interested.
We have all the family here for lunch on Christmas Day and the cakes will take pride of place! I'm sure Mum will be in 7th heaven.

I used Gluten free Custard Powder instead of the Baby food and I put in extra Cranberries instead of 3 packets of Cherries.
