Next to the words Color Chart are two links, "View" and "Print". I click on the link "Print" and either take a .PNG file screen print with the Snipping tool (on most PC computers-look in the applications area), or I print it to make a PDF file using the free CutePDF application (google CutePDF to get the download). I then name the files the same as the embroidery file but add "_CC" so I know it is a color chart during a file list. I hope this makes sense and you are able get the same results. Good Luck!
