Hi everyone Merry Christmas to all and after reading Meganne's cherry cake story i must tell you about dh...he went to the Automatic Teller to withdraw some money and the machine kept spiting his card out he looked at it and he tried it several times with the same result...so he went into the bank and told them the story and the girl asked him to show her his card...wait for it ...it was his Medicare card he was using his only saving grace was that it was the same colour....they can be a bit of a worry at times....lol....soozie

That is funny enough that I will try hard not to do the same thing myself!!! After all, it is funny when it happens to someone else. :)

Thats very funny. One time I was so distracted I left my card in the teller. Yikes. Lucky for me a good samaritan turned it in right away.

Yep, also done that Soozie, tried to pay the butcher and his machine kept rejecting the card, even HE didn't notice it was my (NRMA) Motorist Gold card, same colour as my Visa Gold card.
I don't know who was the more embarrassed as he kept swiping it over and over.
I never did go back to that butcher shop. LOL!!!

don't we do some funny things when we're so busy? :-)

Soozie, I enjoyed the story. I hope your DH wasn't too frustrated that he too got a laugh out of it later on. Sometimes life has to through us some laughter to forget that we are humans...FIESTA ;D *2U
