This bag was made from two diffent kinds of material and pieced together. It was a big hit, especially to my town where there is alot of horse people. It is made out of blue denium and brown suade material with embroidered horses on it. As you can see I am hooked on making and embroidering bags.

This looks like it is a really good sized useful bag for carrying many things. The denim & suede make a good combination and the white horses show up so well. I like it a lot Glendasparris

Thank you so much. It is about 15 1/2 x 16,maybe a bit larger, because when you have to cut and piece them sometimes they turn out a bit larger than the pattern I usually use which is a 151/2 x 16. Thanks again for the comment. **4U

cute, Glenda! I like the suede...I have a leather jacket and a pair of mens pants in a suede that I want to cut up for some bags soon. Did you embroidery the horses, too?

No these horses were on the blue denim that I bought. They also have some with little dogs already on them. Pretty clever and neat huh? Thanks for your comment. **4U

What a beautiful tote. This has such a great western look to it. I can see how it would be a big hit with horse people.
Thanks for sharing.

I'm thinking that your idea of sending Jim down south with your husband and me staying at your house to sew is a GREAT idea! I want to learn how to do this Glenda... outstanding tote!!!!!

Thank you so much. I enjoy doing them and coming up with different ways to trim them out and put different materials together to change them up. I make lots of diaper bags also. Thanks again so much. ***4U
