Happy New Year all. I must get busy cooking blacked eyed peas and collard greens. My grocery store was out of the pre washed, chopped and bagged greens, but promised to have more today. After you buy them that way,one is spoiled immediately. So much quicker on the prep. Kay

OK, I have to ask, because I've always wanted to know, what are collard greens?

Spinach, sprouts, cabbages, asparagus etc. all with pretty little lacy collars around them?

:-)))
