ATTN: All CUTE Family - I just received a phone call from cfidl (Christine from Denver, CO - USA) - she got a major 2012 virus from the website: ann2embroidery.blogspot via media fire.
I know I am missing something of what she said - she was talking so fast - because she knows I have limited minutes on my cell phone - but she said anyone that might recognise the name of the website above to not go there and to warn anyone that you might know that might use it. I have always been so worried about this sort of posting - because it can hurt a person that might be innocent - so take this info and use it to protect yourself - not to spread a rumor to harm another.

Thanks for sharing. I try to stay away from the freebies that takes me through some strange other pages. I received a virus once from somewhere and now I am cautious ;D *2U

Thanx Shirlene and Christine. Haven't been to that site, and after 2 major virus' on my computer, I am very selective about where I go. But even then you never know what idiot will put a virus on an unsuspecting site. Thanx so much for the warning, Judy

Update: Thank goodness I have a computer Shiz cousin! I am back up, although I have to continue running a program called combofix and malware and regular virus scans! This one may have been a sleeper, therefore I can not say it was mediafire and annsblogspor, although that is where I was when it crashed! Also beware of a program called pricegong that puts in a dynmic program. Gonna lay low for awhile. Live Laugh Download & Scan & Stitch!

Thanks for the info. I had a nasty virus that took over my computer on the 23rd of Dec. I ended up taking it to Staples and paying big bucks to get rid of it. Now I am not going to any web site that I am unfamiliar with. Hugs, Mary

Thanks! Good to know! My daughter warns me of these issues always...there are so many it seems! Before computers we never had TV, radio or phone viruses, etc! Makes you wonder!
