Well, keep your fingers crossed for good luck for my daughter. She had the hard cast removed and now is in what they call an air cast. The x-rays show a steel plate about 6 in. long and many screws holding her ankle together. She is able to walk with a walker now. She spent New Year's eve with her daughter and friends. She is very happy to have her health improving. I just pray it lasts all year long!
