okay, I guess I'm not very smart. I see all these flowers by people's names, and the count by my name is growing too, but what does it mean? Thanks in advance for answering this ignorant person's question.

Flowers have no value,you can't trade them in for anything. They are for fun. When you post a question,answer a question or make a comment a green flower shows up by your name. When another reads it they click on the flower and turns it orange. You can give flowers to anyone,anytime. They add up quickly and the more you post the more you will get. Flowers mean we're glad you are here,we appreciate you or thank you. Welcome to Cute and just watch your garden grow.

I know it is still new to you but it will not take long for you to get familar with the site and before long you will be addicted like most of the rest of us are! I am an "old timer" and the 1st thing I do when I get up in the morning is to visit this site! There are alot of wonderful designs free and for sale and sooo many people here that are pro's at what they do!
