Good morning ladies,
I purchased a 6 months membership with CuteEmbroidery.com and cannot seems to understand how to download designs from the library without cost. Would one of you kindly try to explain. I have put in 3 tickets but no response and I would love to get the rules right so I can enjoy these beautiful designs. Thank you Penny

you click on the design.. because you are a member.. should work... I sort of did a hunt and peck when I first joined also..

Do not use "add to basket". Click on the design that will lead you to a new page where on the right side a "download for members" appears. Happy downloading and WELCOME TO CUTE.

click on picture of design. When it comes up click on Members download. works on packs as well as single designs. Enjoy

Hello and WELCOME!!!! This is a great site. Go to the design, click on it, it will take you to another page, to your right there are two choices, to buy it or free for members, click in the second choice.
