What browser are you suing? Sometimes that has an effect. I am not knowledgeable about this but some one here will be the expert and give you good information. Good luck! I do not have your problem and use Google.

Like drro said: Sometimes the browser makes the difference. If I dl with Safari I never have a zip-file to store in my backup-folder. Did you try to dl the alphas here with Firefox or Safari? MAybe this helps...

I have this same problem and since my son is a computer guy, he help me and I have answered this several times. When you download the A pull it out and make another folder for it that says A2 and put that file back in the folder with the rest of the letters. That should fix the problem. I alays do ot when I dounload the A and I do not have the problem anymore...unless I forget to pull the a out and rename it A-renamed instead of 2 will work also. You just have to rename the A. All of the other letters are piling up behind the A!!!! Try this and see if it doesn't work for you. I do not put the original A folder back in the folder but I do not think it matters..try and see. Once the original A is gone out of the 1st download mine works fine! It does not do this everytime but I just try and remember to rename the very 1st A and all goes well from there. I forgot it on the Christmas Freebies that had a complete alpha in it and had to go back and redo the A on every set she gave us at Christmas. Please let me know if this does not work for you and I will chech with my son but everyone else that has had this problem says it works for them.
